AI Engineer

What you are going to do
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using Azure and Databricks
- Rapidly prototype and test new GenAI use cases, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Cloud, Data Science, IT, Business) to deliver AI projects
- Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI solutions in production environments
- Contribute to the evolution of our AI engineering best practices
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI and actively share knowledge with the team

Who you are
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines). Previous experience in fintech is valued
- Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Spark, Azure, and Databricks
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production and working with vector databases and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices and model evaluation techniques and/or have contributed to open-source AI projects or participation in AI communities
Fluent in English with strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
