The Data & Automation Analyst role involves designing and implementing automation solutions, integrating AI technologies, collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data quality to enhance compliance processes.

What you are going to do

  • Design and implement automation solutions to support compliance processes, using tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, and scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
  • Explore and integrate AI technologies, including chatbots and LLMs, to enhance compliance workflows and user interactions
  • Design and optimize prompts for AI models (e.g. LLMs) to support compliance-related tasks such as chatbot interactions, document summarization, and automated insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven insights
  • Maintain and improve existing dashboards and reports, with a focus on automation and scalability
  • Evaluate data quality and ensure reliable data pipelines for compliance reporting
  • Translate compliance requirements into technical solutions that are scalable and user-friendly

Who you are

  • Strong experience with automation tools (e.g. PowerApps, Power Automate) and scripting (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, especially chatbots and large language models (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Copilot, etc.)
  • Experience with Power BI and data visualization remains a plus
  • Solid understanding of data structures and experience working with structured data
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a compliance, risk, or regulated environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken


Who you will work with

The NN Corporate Compliance team consists of more than 30 employees, managed by the Chief Compliance Officer with 3 managers. The team includes staff who support and monitor business operations and develop and maintain Group-wide Centres of Expertise. The team you will work with is the operations team, comprising 9 full-time equivalents (FTE). Additionally, you will work closely with the FEC Centre of Expertise for both expertise and input.
