Wat je gaat doen

A key enabler of all workstreams in this program is Data & AI. The platform and actual delivery of these capabilities is provided by the Data & AI team.  It is in this team where the vacancy for Data & AI resides.  The Tech lead is responsible to:

• Establish an implementation vision & roadmap in close alignment with the Central Business Owner and architecture
• Understand what is possible with Data / ML / Generative AI and uses this knowledge to drive innovative solutions
• Drive the execution of the roadmap, both centrally and in the NN International countries.  You make the implementation to a success
• Utilize AI components such as Retrieval Augmented Generation, Chatbots, and Machine Learning from NN Group to enhance capabilities
• Drive the integration of AI technologies to optimize business processes and customer interactions
• You are end responsible for the performance of the IT team

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Wat je meebrengt

• Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Management or related subject
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale initiatives and engage stakeholders
• A solid understanding of technology and its application within the business context
• Experience with generative AI preferably Open AI. Experience with ML Flows. Experience with Azure and Data Bricks
• Experience in product management and platforms
• Working in a federative International context is a plus

• Work with diverse teams within NN International, all business units in International
• Partner with key business stakeholders in Insurance International
• External partners and collaborators

This job is a virtual assignment which means you will fully work from home. You will travel regularly to meet your team. This means that the willingness to travel is important for this job position.
